ImmunEx Technologies specializes in optimization strategies to ensure robustness in Ligand Binding Assays (LBAs). Immunogenicity assays can be challenging due to sample matrix interferences, primarily drug and target interferences. In an attempt to mitigate these challenges, ImmunEx Technologies utilizes extraction approaches to reduce these interferences and thereby increasing drug and target tolerance in assays.

Immobilization of antibodies and proteins protocols have been optimized for higher coating efficiency and reproducibility. Identification of higher quality reagents and orientation chemistries have led to highly reproducible and highly functional conjugations. ​A combination of the high binding capacity surfaces and orientation chemistries have led to the superb performance of the conjugated reagents.

The preferred chemistry is direct coupling especially when acid dissociation of immune complex is required. Well characterized ADA and NAbs enrichment protocols for immunogenicity risk assessments have been established due to these highly reproducible and functional reagents. The scalability and long-term stability of our reagents facilitate a more efficient life cycle management of the processes that utilize these reagents.

Our customized reagents are used in a number of extraction techniques including SPEAD (Solid Phase Extraction with Acid Dissociation), BEAD (use of nanoparticles or magnetic beads for Extraction with Acid Dissociation), ACE (Affinity Capture Elution for anti-drug antibodies (ADA) and neutralizing antibodies (NAbs) enrichment.​ 

Biotin antibody conjugation and streptavidin coating protocols have been optimized to provide additional immunoassay components and ultimately ensure improved assay performance.
